Student/Business Requirements:
- The existing business ( at least 3 to 6 months operational) should have the following, actual written and concrete Business Plan/Business Model, Operations Manuals, Administration Manuals and a Full-operational working system. If these are not available, you cannot proceed to Level 2 and is encouraged to enroll in Level 1 first.
- Owner/manager/supervisor of an existing/operating coffee shop, bakery, or café, or any food and beverage business.
- Aspiring Managers/Supervisor of coffee shop, bakery, or café, or any food and beverage business.
- For Business Owners- link to Facebook/IG of the existing business.
- For Managers/Supervisors- Endorsement letter from employer is required.
- For Aspiring Managers/Supervisors- At least 6 months experience in the food and beverage industry. COE is required.
If you own or run a coffee shop, bakery, or café, this three-day class will teach you everything you need to know about managing your business successfully. You will learn the essential skills and knowledge for running a coffee shop, such as business operations, management, and customer service.
Our team of coffee business experts designed a management training program that is easy to follow and learn. The program covers the most important aspects of a coffee shop’s daily operations, such as customer service, employee training, and inventory management.
This class is ideal for existing coffee shops or those who have a new manager on board. Students will gain the practical knowledge and skills to lead and manage their teams and operations according to the needs of their customers, employees, and stores. Students will also receive comprehensive class notes and management resources to keep.
What this class does not offer: This class is not the same as our 3-Day Coffee Entrepreneurship Masterclass (LEVEL 1). This class is for coffee shops that are already in business and want to improve their management skills or train their staff. This management course does not cover barista training, business planning, equipment selection, etc. If you are starting a coffee shop business, you should take our 3-Day Coffee Entrepreneurship Masterclass (LEVEL 1) instead. It will teach you everything you need to know about running a successful coffee shop.
